Working at Circle Nottingham
Circle is an innovative healthcare company, which does things differently.
The quality of care given to patients is paramount and this is reflected in the Circle credo which highlights that everything we do is for the patient.
Staff are valued and there are many opportunities and development goals for staff at the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre.
All our staff are supported for their professional development. Partnership Days are held regularly where mandatory and other training occurs. These sessions also provide staff time to reflect on the standard of care they deliver and continuous improvement, often as a response to patient feedback.
Staff are regularly supported (including financially) to undertake additional professional training. For example, members of our teams are currently undergoing Advanced Scrub Practitioner Courses.
On the Day Surgery Unit, our work is varied and interesting. We have opened a short stay unit where longer stay care can now be provided. This development is one of many initiatives that Circle is bringing to healthcare responding to the challenging environment that is the NHS today. New techniques and processes are quickly adopted, for example, new care pathways and community clinics which bring healthcare closer to home.
Our staff are important: they are selected carefully and the highest standards are expected of all Circle staff. After all, you would expect that if you were a patient.
Benefits of working at Circle Nottingham also include near site car parking, benefits schemes such as reduced health club membership, massage days, childcare vouchers, free refreshments and fruit in the work-place, annual staff awards event, annual staff BBQ and Christmas parties. In addition we offer a valuable work based pension scheme and private medical and life assurance schemes.
