Miss Sarah-Lucie Watson is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Circle Reading Hospital.

She trained at Kings College Hospital in London. She has specialised in Ophthalmic surgery since 1990, working as a Registrar and Fellow in the Medical Retina department at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. She was then appointed in Berkshire as a full time Consultant Surgeon in 2003.

She has been Clinical Director for the Regional Diabetic Eye Screening programme (2003-2010) and now leads the fast-track service providing treatment for patients with Age Related Macula Degeneration (AMD) in Reading.

She was nominated for a National Award for Clinical Excellence in 2011 and 2012.

Miss Watson is the Royal College of Ophthalmologist's Tutor and Educational Supervisor responsible for the training of Ophthalmologists in Berkshire.
