She trained as an undergraduate at the University of Manchester gaining first class honours in Physiology and Medicine (BSc, MB, ChB) and was awarded an MD from the same University. Her postgraduate training was completed in Sheffield, Guy's Hospital, The Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital and the University of Newcastle where she was a lecturer in Hepatology.
She was a Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital from 1990 and also the Director of Medicine and Clinical Lead for Endoscopy. She was a past treasurer for the British Association for the study of the Live (BASL).
Margaret loves travel, photography and gardening.

Dr Myszor see patients both privately and through the NHS at Circle Reading Hospital.

General gastroenterology and hepatology with a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease and the exclusion of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, Margaret works with specialist dieticians and a fully trained counsellor/hypnotherapist for patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
