Nottingham
The Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre opened in July 2008 and combines the latest medical technology and patient-centric architectural design. It is the largest new healthcare facility in England to have been registered by the Healthcare Commission.
There are five main theatres, three skin surgery theatres, four endoscopy suites, radiology facilities including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computerised Tomography (CT) scans, X-Ray, ultrasound, and heart and lung function testing.
The Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre is operated by Nations Healthcare on behalf of the NHS for all NHS patients. Nations Healthcare is an independent company specialising in providing high quality day case procedures, medical treatment and outpatient consultations.
The Treatment Centre is committed to the safeguarding of children: its policy statement is here. In addition, you'll find its Declaration of Compliance with Same-sex Accommodation guidelines here and its 2009-10 Quality Account on our Statements & Policies page.
The Treatment Centre is sponsored by the local NHS Primary Care Trust. Download a complete Visitors' Leaflet here.
