At Circle, leadership is not an abstract concept: it's a formal strategy at the heart of our culture. We execute this strategy in four ways: our Partnership model, our Clinical Leadership philosophy, the Clinical Units model in our hospitals, and the Circle Academy.
Circle partners are actively involved in the planning and management of the company. The partnership model gives us a unique ability to eliminate excess costs, while providing a better patient experience.
It is also true that we care more about the things we own, for with ownership comes control. Clinicians who own and work in a Circle facility have control over the services they provide.
The management team and the clinical team work in parallel - neither is subordinate to the other, and where patient concerns are the issue, the clinicians take the lead.
