If you have a formal complaint, then please read through our guide which will tell you how to make it in the correct manner in line with our complaint procedure and what action we will take. If you simply wish to discuss your experience(s) with our patient experience officer then please call 01234 639000, however please note this is not our formal complaint procedure.
Patient choice team
The patient choice team work Monday-Friday (9.30am – 5pm), you can reach them by calling 01234 639000 and asking for the patient choice team. You may wish to write or email but we advise you call in order to get a timely response to your query.
