Joining the Circle Partnership

Circle is Europe's largest partnership of healthcare professionals, committed to shaping the future of healthcare in the UK. The partnership model gives clinicians an unsurpassed ability to provide a better patient experience - by putting patients first in everything we do.

Circle is co-formed, co-owned and co-run by clinicians. Partnership working is in our DNA. We believe that the collective intelligence of a network of many will always be smarter than any small group of executives. It is also true that we care more about the things we own, for with ownership comes control.

Clinicians who own and work in a Circle facility have control over the services they provide. The management team reports to the clinicians, working side by side in Clinical Units and not in a rigid pyramid.
