Professional profile

Kathryn gained her Masters in Counselling at The Nottingham University in 2007. Her interest in treating insomnia came as a result of working in Psychological Services and discovering a passion for helping people to sleep.

Her approach involves using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) to help people to change and improve sleep patterns and manage anxiety around sleep. Kathryn also runs a private sleep service offering treatment to both individuals and also companies who want to reduce absenteeism in the workplace.

Kathryn provides an empathic and practical approach to helping people to understand and improve their sleep.

She is a member of the BACP and the British Sleep Society.
