Dr Saxena completed his graduate (MBBS) and post graduate (anaesthetics) studies in India, before moving to the UK in 2005.

He went on and did his junior anaesthetic training in the West Midlands, and his senior registrar training including an airway fellowship, in the East Midlands before moving to London to become a consultant.

Since then, he has worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital at Stanmore and the London North West Healthcare Trust.

He is a member of ‘Alliance for Smiles’, a California based charity which organises and teaches paediatric facial surgery in various countries like China, Bangladesh, many African nations.
