Who We Are

Circle is a partnership: co-formed, co-owned and co-run by clinicians. We believe that the collective intelligence of a network of many will always be smarter than any small group of executives. That is why Circle is dedicated to a radical bottom-up style of open source management, and to opening our circle and inviting the widest possible group of enthusiasts to take ownership and make contributions.

Circle's head office is in London, but the real action happens in our hospitals. Each centre combines top management talent with experienced clinical professionals working side by side. Partnerships, after all, are about teamwork.

Circle's executive team is headed by Ali Parsa and Medical Director Massoud Fouladi. They lead a world-class team assembled not just from the healthcare sector, but from areas that can shake up standards and foster innovative thinking: retail, finance, technology, even property. Professionals from different backgrounds, working towards a common goal. And that's who we are.
